This notice covers the public root site at neohmlabs.com. The live portal has its own operational notice at

What the root site may collect
- Information you submit through the contact form, such as your name, email, and message.
- Information you send directly by email to Neohm Labs addresses.
- Basic hosting and request logs that are typically created by the deployment platform for reliability and security.
What the root site does not do
This static root site does not intentionally load third-party analytics or ad-tech scripts. It is primarily a public information shell with a contact form and links to the live portal.
Form and provider handling
When deployed on Netlify, the contact form can be processed through Netlify Forms. Hosting, email, authentication, and infrastructure providers may process data as needed to operate the site and portal.
Portal-specific data handling
The Athena V5 portal may process sign-in data, conversation history, and bounded continuity memory under its own privacy notice. Review the portal notice before using it in classroom or institutional settings.
